Front Desk Services

Front Desk Services brings many University Housing functions and tasks under one convenient application. Our front desks and ofther staff use this set of utilities for many tasks, such as mail and package management, item lending, providing temporary cards, and includes a helpful dashboard for a quick overview of a specific resident.

Role: Collaborated with team and stakeholders to create a design tailored for their individual needs. Helped plan out and create application architecture, including business logic and web development. Implemented API endpoints and created the front-end javascript necessary to consume them dynamically.
